YouTube with expanded data protection integration

We use YouTube in the expanded data protection mode. According to YouTube, this mode ensures that YouTube does not store any information about visitors to this website before they watch the video. Nevertheless, this does not necessarily mean that the sharing of data with YouTube partners can be ruled out as a result of the expanded data protection mode. A. PRIVACY POLICY

The following data protection notices apply to the visit and use of audiovisual content during the “FESTIVAL” festival (“Festival” or “Offer”) from November 20, 2021 to November 29, 2021.

2. ORDERING A CONTENT

As part of the ordering process, you enter contact and payment data in the input masks provided. These data will only be used to process your order. We only transfer this data to third parties if this is necessary to process the order (payment service provider). The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR, which allows data to be processed to fulfill a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract. The data collected will be deleted after the order has been processed and any retention periods have expired. It is not possible to process your order without collecting the data. The country recorded via the IP address is saved and deleted after the rental period and any statutory retention periods have expired. The other data will not be saved. 3. ACCREDITED GUEST

When you register as an accredited guest, we collect your first and last name, your e-mail address, the country of your current residence, your professional field and the company of your company. This is done to check and register accreditations for the FESTIVAL with regard to the issue of an accreditation, the provision of audiovisual content and payment processing. If you do not provide the data, accreditation is not possible. The data will not be used for purposes other than accreditation and contract fulfillment. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR. You can also give us your address, your biography and your current position. The legal basis for the data processing of this data is Article 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.

 

4. RETRIEVING CONTENT

We use an embedded player (integrated player) for our offer to provide the content and to process payments. The provider of this player is PANTAFLIX Technologies GmbH, Neue Schönhauser Strasse 16, 10178 Berlin. When you call up the player, various data (IP address, operating system, browser) are transmitted to the provider in order to ensure optimal use. The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for this purpose. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures. 5. PAYMENT PROVIDER

We have included payment services from third-party companies in our offer.
