A puzzling epidemic is keeping the inhabitants of a large German town on tenterhooks. Fit and healthy people of all ages are collapsing on the streets every minute and dying of a weak heart with no medical explanation. Only couples seem to be spared from this fate. So there's not much time left for Tim to find a girlfriend.
