New York based video artist Caspar Stracke (long-time curator for up-and-coming and ex-participant of the festival) has put together in co-operation with up-and-coming a program of 13 short films (total running time: 62 mins) by a young/new generation of video artists from New York. This film program is screened as a loop at the exhibition 'The Guggenheim Collection' taking place at the Art and Exhibition Hall in Bonn, Germany, from 21. July 2006 until 07. January 2007.
